Technical Writing

Mood Bubble Documentation Project

As part of my NYU master’s program in professional writing, I created documentation for Mood Bubble, a mental health mood-tracking application designed to generate meaningful reports for therapists and psychiatrists. Supervised by Patrick Gray, Senior Technical Writer at Google, this project emphasized accessible language, clean formatting, and user-centered information design. Using Google Docs, I applied principles of Global English, plain language, and information architecture while incorporating iterative peer feedback. The final documentation was praised for its clarity, structure, and effectiveness in communicating complex processes to a non-technical audience.
